ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FOR 2019 BENEFITS HAPPENING NOW!

October/November 2018

Information packets regarding 2019 benefits were mailed to home addresses earlier this month. Annual Enrollment runs through Friday, Nov. 9.

And speaking of benefits, have you completed the Premium Incentive Program? Team members currently enrolled in a Transwestern medical plan can save money all year long with two simple steps, both of which must be completed by you and your covered spouse/domestic partner by Nov. 9, 2018:

  1. A biometric screening, either through a Quest Patient Service Center (free with appropriate registration) or the Quest Physician Results Form (may include a fee). Both options require registration.
  2. Completion of an online Health Risk Assessment through your existing Aetna or Kaiser account. View the instructions here.
For more information, visit the Premium Incentive page on TranSource.

What’s more, if 70 percent of currently enrolled team members complete BOTH steps, ALL team members will get Monday, Dec. 24 as a paid holiday. And if 75 percent of currently enrolled team members complete BOTH steps, ALL team members will get BOTH Monday, Dec. 24 and Monday, Dec. 31 as paid holidays! Don’t let these BONUS PAID VACATION DAYS slip away – do it for your team!

SUGGEST A NONPROFIT FOR TW

October/November 2018

Transwestern needs your help choosing its next national philanthropy partner. Please take a few moments to complete our survey and share your recommendation.

Since February 2016, Transwestern has partnered nationally with Make-A-Wish to support the organization’s mission of granting wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. That relationship stemmed from the suggestions of our Emerging Leaders and TYP groups, and from partnerships the Atlanta and South Florida teams cultivated with their local MAW chapters – most notably the many hours of service Ben Eisenberg contributed to the benevolent organization. What organization would you like our next national philanthropy partner to be, and why is it a good fit?

POWER USERS IMPROVING XRM

October/November 2018

XRM Power Users are TW researchers collaborating with Technology Services to vet xRM and guide future enhancements to our integrated real estate business platform, which relies on contacts, clients and properties to propel business development. At their initial meeting earlier this year, the group identified nearly 40 bugs and opportunities to tap into the power of xRM. To date, Power Users have populated missing information, proofed and updated geographies for the offices, and imported close to 200,000 properties, vastly improving the data the company relies on to advise clients. They’ve also helped to increase adoption of the tool by designing training for the system and assisting regional administrative staff, research and marketing peers in its use. New projects on the horizon include a data audit, standard user policies and procedures, and additional data importers.
